A theme of medium-term stays in West African cities for me is the time it takes to identify the places that make me comfortable and enable me to be productive. The low information environment in West Africa vis a vis laws and policies is a serious issue that eludes simple solutions. The low information environment vis a vis the location and prices of gym memberships and internet cafes is neither. As such, I documented the information I found most useful for my stay in Lagos on a new page on this blog under “Miscellaneous” called “Lagos, Nigeria.” Suggestions welcome.
