Taylor’s lawyers will file "no case submission"

Charles Taylor’s defense team has indicated that they will file a “no case submission,” essentially asking the Special Court to acquit Taylor on one or more of the indictments by arguing that the prosecution failed to show sufficient evidence on the charges. The submission will be made on April 6.
