“Obama carefully building his team”

later. - Looking at these pictures [of the Obama victory] make the elation comes upon me in tears.
As hopeful as we would like to be, we will shortly fine that “Black” is not enough and recent history has shown that the Democrats have not developed constructive foreign policy toward Africa; to wit, Clinton’s feckless photo-opp foreign policy. Obama will likely be far ahead of Clinton but may undermine some of the gains of recent years.
Let’s wait to see what’s there for Africa.
