This is the former administrative building of Zorzor. It was looted and burned during the war. If you kick the dirt in the area where this picture was taken you can easily find bullet shells. It’s kinda crazy that the war ended in 2003 and there are still bullet shells on the grouns.

I felt the same way when in the Southern Caucasus…we would go hiking in areas formerly under fire and find bullet shells everywhere…so strange.
